There is no way to put a time that is 'good' it won't win most races, the elite runners will finish it in sub 30 minute runs for sure. To answer this question it is a greatly personal barometer you need to use. For myself, if I have to much kick left at the end I didn't push hard enough throughout, if I have nothing left to kick I didn't pace well. I am looking for a strong finish with nothing left in the tank, then it was a good time.
