Yes, assuming you are doing it correctly. It's important not to jerk the bar and to maintain the lumbar curve in your back so that it is working in its strongest position. Deadlifts are an excellent exercise. On the other hand, doing heavy singles is always more risky than doing reps. It's safer to track your strength increases in terms of your deadlift workout weight on 5 reps than on a single rep.
They do not support themselves, and the duty falls upon you to supply this support. Improving answer: I think all people are heavy to lift, if they are not awake and helping you by using their muscles. My problem with lifting people is the lack of a good place to grab them. I can lift a 120 pound barbell a lot easier than a 120 pound woman, mainly because the barbell has a couple of nice handgrips built into it with non-slip checkering on the steel.

There is no set amount that a person should be able to lift based on their body weight.

A hydraulic motorcycle lift can be as little as å£120 if bought on Amazon or it can be as much as å£700 or more if buying a good brand such as Sealey which can cope with the heavier motorcycles. It is a question of browsing the options and picking the one that suits.
120 pounds
you would be very, very dead!!!!!! In the US, the blood test normal readings from a finger stick blood test strip are 80-120. (Some will make it a narrower range.) In this scale, your 100 is perfect.

If you ask me, yes it is expensive. But, no, 120 is not really expensive for a tortoise because the prices of them range in the hundreds. Regular turtles are not expensive though. Some are $10, but some are also 75. I just think that $120 is a lot to pay for such a small animal. The truth is that 120 is actually a pretty good price considering some tortoises can be much more expensive.
In real life 218
