i was about 6"4 275lbs before i starting lifting weights about a year and a half ago with a little running thrown in if at all. i didnt change up my diet to much i just toned down on soda and drank a lot of water with a lot of alcohol thrown in on weekends hahah. since then i lost 30lbs, so now im lookin at 245lbs. ive been slackin for the last month but im really starting to get back into it. last week i ran a mile sometimes 2 mon-fri and hit the weights 4 days a week. if i stick with this plan and step up my distance and speed with my running as i get better and keep toning down on the soda and drinking a lot of water. do you think i can lose another 30lbs which would put me at 215lbs, which is my goal. if you have any ideas you wanna throw out there too id also appreciate it. thanks
A little of both. Run a little before to get blood flowing, then after to burn excess calories.
Play baseball, lift weights, run
It depends how old you are. If you're barely a teenager, you should run every other day and lift weights 3 times a week. If youre older, then run every other day and lift weights on off days.

lift weights for you legs, calf raises, squats, jump squats, dead lift, etc... if you want more running speed to add on to the power (makes you run faster and with more power) run with resistance, like those small parachutes, a weights sled, running up hill, all of these will increase power but only resistance running will increase speed
