This all varies on the person. Things like how much muscle they already have, how much time they will go to the gym, what they work out, how they work out, how they eat, amongst other things, are all needed in order to know how long it will take.
Bend your knees without support (not chairs or a wall to lean on) for as long as you can. This will help you get muscles instead of just fat.
Not necessarily, if you lift lighter weights with more reps then you will develop long lean feminine muscles. If you want more masculine and defined muscles then lift a heavier weight with fewer reps.
the method to make lean dough is to make sure you roll and pound it non stop for at least 5 min that way your do is is lean and tender
The bulkiness of your muscles has nothing to do with the workout. It has everything to do with your eating habits. If you want a lean look then cut out carbs from your diet and use a good protein supplement which has Whey Protein Isolates. These are easily absorbed in your body and can give you that lean look. Work out as much as possible.

So this lean mass should include oregans, visceras blood bones.. etc What percentage of total body weight should be expected from organs and visceras, bones etc in order to monitor the improvement or deterioration of lean muscle? thanks Kirkjdm
Yes they do form lean thighs. If you do them the right way- front foot pointing forward, back foot also pointing forward- then they help build muscles in your calves and thighs. I do them after I workout and found my thighs were tighter than usual. So, it does help make your thighs lean.
Running everyday will make your leags, specially quadriceps muscles stronger. Depending on your current size, it may make your legs slim, bulky or lean. If you have fat yours will be slim or lean. You are slim, your fat will be bulky. It all actually depends on your gene.
if you want to lean on you're boyfriend... then you should make an excuse, say you're cold or tired. or simply just lean on his shoulder while you are saying something...never ask him if you can, that's the wrong thing to do.
