The Daily Racing Form was founded in 1984. It usually publishes the scores on horses past performances and includes statistics in order to help bettors betting on racing horses in the U.S. It also selects winners of an Eclispse Award.
The cheapest and easiest way to get the DRF is to subscribe to it.

The best start for this is to visit the Daily Racing Form website at drf.com. They have handicappers on staff and can point out other resources available to you.

Their website, drf.com, has a feature that I think is called "Form Locator" or somesuch. Type in "Carlisle, PA" and it should give you a list of vendors there that sell the form.
It's listed in the past performances for each track in any given edition of the Daily Racing Form, as well as at the Form's website. Most tracks have websites that have this information as well.
As far as I know the only way to get the DRF is to subscribe to it, or possibly pick it up from a race track.
