Charmayne James is a 19-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier with 11 wins. She qualified for the NFR when she was only 14 years old on her horse, 'Scamper'. She currently hosts barrel racing clinics across the country. Charmayne is coming out of retirement to compete in the All-American rodeo circuit.
NFR is a lot better than PBR in many ways. There is more to the NFR and it's a bigger event that lasts an entire week and it does include bulls as well. The NFR has better riders and it is just a better event.
The NFR, or National Finals Rodeo, can be seen live in Las Vegas. If someone cannot make it to the event it is broadcasted on national television and highlights on the web.
The box office is sold out of National Finals Rodeo (NFR) Tickets, seats are distributed to Season holder and contestants only. You basically need to go through a licensed ticket broker. The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce recommends 1-888-NFR-RODEO for tickets as they have been in biz for decades.
as far as i know a women can team rope in the prca they cant discriminate women but the can discriminate a man that tries to barrel race i know this because i have done research and want to be the first gurl to team rope in the NFR

9.17 I believe is the fastest time on barrel racing. Hope that this helps. =)16 seconds is the fastest timeThe fastest time cant NOT be 16 seconds you dip. Because in the NFR the girls run 13 and 12's. and plus Liz Pikston ran the fastest time so far which is like a 10 or something like thatthere really isn't a "fastest time" because some barrel courses are shorter or longer than others. so if you have a course that is measured correctly, 16 seconds is a good and a really fast time.Well to be a little more helpful, the fast barrel horses are 1D and in my lifetime of showing and breeding barrel horses, I've never seen a horse run faster then 11 seconds. It does also depend on the distance of the barrels. If they are the set distance, 15 seconds will get you first. Ive done it, and Ive seen it done.no 16 senconds is not the fastest because i got o the quarther horse congress every year and there are horses who run times of 11 to 15 and any way when i do contesting in 4-h there are kids who run 16s all the time"there really isn't a "fastest time" because some barrel courses are shorter or longer than others. so if you have a course that is measured correctly, 16 seconds is a good and a really fast time."Like i said ^^^^^ the measurment of the course mattersIn barrel racing, the times make all the difference. and so does the course. seconds is a fast time, but most times are in the 14-16 range. I myself have had a 16.299 and a 16.246Hey, I'm a NBHA barrel racer, and the fastest NBHA time is currently 13.6 seconds, with Hot Shot, but the size of the barrel courses vary, as I see some of you have already said. There could be a faster time than Hot Shot's, but the only recorded ones are from the NBHA. & I don't think 9.17 seconds is even possible on NBHA courses. It may be on much smaller ones, but I've never even seen (or heard of) someone running 12 seconds. Also, there are different divisions, so it's hard to say the fastest time. But the current world record of all barrel horses is 13.670 from a 1D barrel horse, Hot Shot.
A possible meaning (in English only) is non flame resistant.
The NFR is the National Response Framework which is a part of Homeland Security. The NFR "presents the guiding principles that enable all response partners to prepare for and provide a unified national response to disasters and emergencies â?? from the smallest incident to the largest catastrophe."
The fastest time on record is 13.52 seconds by Brandie Hall at the 2006 national Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas Nevada.
