Find the right mark on the runwat, and sprint as fast as you can. once you get to the scratch line, pull your arms back and shove them forward. While you are
flying through the air, pull your knees up to your chest. when you land , if you feel like you are going to fall, fall FORWARD! If you fall backwards, at all of my track meets, they counted where your hands landed only IF YOU FALL BACKWARDS! That will most likely count off 2 or more feet. Good luck!
