Toro bred horses, often associated with the Spanish bullfighting tradition, are known for their agility and speed. While specific speed can vary based on individual horses, they can generally reach speeds of around 30 to 40 miles per hour in short bursts. Their athleticism makes them well-suited for quick maneuvers, which is essential in their traditional roles. However, their endurance at high speeds may not match that of dedicated racing breeds like Thoroughbreds.
55mph
By Spanish horse I assume you mean an Andalusian or Pura Raza Espanola (PRE). These horses run at about the same speed as most other breeds of horse that were not bred for racing, 15 to 25 MPH.

Running birds e.g. Ostrich can run fast comparable to horse in a desert .
As fast as the horse can run.
as fast as it wants to or 60 miles an hour but it need to be a good horse to run fast
The color of a horse in no way affects how fast it can run, nor does the gender of the horse. Most horses, regardless of color or gender can gallop at speeds of 20 to 30 MPH, while horses specifically bred to race can gallop at speeds of 35 to 45 MPH.
no
There is really no accurate way to answer this question. Pinto is a color not a breed. Thoroughbreds can be a pinto, as can Quarter Horses, Paints and many other breeds. So it makes good sense that a Thoroughbred pinto will probably run faster than a cross-bred horse with color.
