Horses gallop (run) at speed of between 17 and 55 mph. the faster the speed the shorter the distance the horse will be able to gallop.

i tested it and the same speed it was before
100 meters is equivalent to about 108 yards. So 100 meters is longer than 100 yards.
100 meters = 109.36133 yards,divide by 0.9144As 1 yard = 0.9144 meter
all i know is that a full grown bear can run as fast as a horse so i imagine it could run 100 meters pretty fast. A bear can run 100 yards in 6 seconds, over uneven ground! A bear can out run, out swim and out climb a man.
