Guys in PE get frustrated more because they are generally more competitive and want to look like they're the best at whatever sport they're playing. The girls are normally trying to make sure they look like a "girly girl" and don't break a nail. Don't get me wrong I know some competitive girls, but theres just not half as many as guys.
