navy is not a color as in navy blue like army is not a color but army green is.

It does not have a specific name. I think that, of the named quadrilaterals, only a trapezium can have four different angles.
Pittsburgh is known for steel so they named them after the steel and their logo is the steel symbol only in different colors.
Your freind is most likely talking about culinary school, or a technical school. Some four-year universities offer culinary programs, but as of now, there are no well-known 4-year colleges that focus specifically and only on baking.
