∙ 13y agoFirst, I want you to know that Penn Foster medical billing and coding program is not a degree program. It's a certificate program. So, if you are looking for a bachelor's degree or any other degree, this certificate is not a right program for you.
If you are sure that this medical billing and coding certificate program is what you want, you should be fine. Once you get the certificate, the certificate should work everywhere in the US. It does not matter whether you are in Texas or any other states. If you are still worried about this issue, check with the program adviser. Penn Foster is a accredited reliable school, you can trust the answer they give you.
