Remove the tail housing. Remove the snap rings on the output shaft. Remove the small snap ring on the weight side of the govenor. Slide the valve and pin out the oposite side. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the governor to the governor support. Slide the governor off the output shaft.
You cannot remove what is does not have. There is no governor on the vehicle. The engine revolutions and speed are controlled by the ECU and you cannot remove that nor reprogram it unless you are a techno whiz.
