One lap on a treadmill typically refers to the distance covered in one complete cycle of the treadmill belt. Since treadmills do not have a fixed track length like outdoor running, the distance of one lap can vary based on the treadmill's settings. Most treadmills display distance in miles or kilometers, so you can track how far you've run during your workout. Generally, one lap is equivalent to the total distance you set or the distance you run in a continuous workout, such as a mile or kilometer.
i think you mean phar lap
I think what you are referring to is the lap function on the stopwatch. Lets say someone is running multiple laps on a track, you hit the lap button when one complete lap is finished and the individual lap time is saved without stopping the stopwatch for overall time
That would depend on the race track.
