DON'T USE SUPPLEMENTS!!!

Supplements are probably one of the worst ways to build muscle. They don't actually make you at all stronger or more fit, they simply just make you LOOK bigger. That might be enough for you but you also have to take into account all the negative effects they have on your body. Many supplements contain terrible ingredients that literally eat away at your body. The only real way to build muscle is by starting a plan and sticking to it. Now I know that a lot of people say that and you probably just want to have that "hot bod" as soon as possible, but I can guarantee that this site will help you get it as fast as you can. Just follow what it says and you'll be on Baywatch before you know it.
