A good bodybuilding diet for a 15 year old male football player is to eat all of the healthy foods possible. Drink plenty of water and eat alot of fruits and vegetables.

I'm 5"5, i weigh around 175 pounds, which i consider pretty heavy. i play rough sports like football, lacrosse and hockey. i do bodybuilding. it doesnt matter what your weight is. its because of your muscle and bone structure
at 5 feet 11 you should at least weigh 235 pounds that's if your into bodybuilding but for for average it would be 185 pounds
