I imagine it would depend on how much weight you are squatting.
Doing non stop squats will only do one thing, cause you to be in so much pain that you won't be able to exercise for the rest of the week. You will not see a difference in your butt from doing non stop squats for a day.

you will see some improvement. you will be more tone and more firm. but you should increase your numbers after a week or so.
Ice the shoulder multiple times a day. After 3 days if there is no improvement then you need to see a doctor for possible muscle tear. If there is improvement just keep icing and make sure to keep strenuous activities to a minimum.

for a bigger butt do 3 sets of 15 ATG squats(ass to grass) 3x a week and you will start to see results in about3 weeks . now for thicker thighs you also do squats but not ATGs stand then go down till your knee is at a 90 degree angles 15 a set 3 sets 3x a week ok:)
