Weight loss among soccer players varies. There are girls who would be more effective if they lost some weight. There are players who are too light to compete effectively with heavier players in some circumstances. So how can this be sorted out? Weight "control" and a person's "shape" are devilishly difficult topics in sports or anywhere else. The best "answer" is probably just advice. Run it (the weight thing) past the coach and a parent or parents to get it sorted out. It is important for any individual with a "weight issue" to be honest about it, and to seek input from all individuals, groups or organizations (and, in particular, family and sports-type coaches) that can shed light on it so that the individual with the "issue" can paint a "good" and "fair" picture of what they want for their future. Then it's time to get all the help that may be needed (from said resource base) to get there. As always, good luck.
Soccer. MUCH more aerobic (running) excercise
I would go with exercise my niece Emily was a little chubby she lost so much weight in soccer. It can also build confidence.
Get into sports. I'm 12 years old and I play soccer. That is a lot of exercise so that should help you lose weight. As long as you don't eat as much as junk food.
There is a great range of calories you can lose in one game of soccer. This depends on whether you play a lot of the game or not.
