it depends what sport u r doing!!! if u r trying to loose weight do sport and eat all the meals!!! BECAuse if u skip the meals ur body will want to eat more and then u will get even more fatter!!!!! Try not to eat snacks or any thing wiv carbohydrate!!!! it will put more weight
