Some general information, from May 09 the EU has banned all imports of Ephedrine into the EU. This means that there will be no more ephedrine or T5 available as they cannot be manufactured. This is why prices have risen, as the raw materials have gone thru the roof. It is about time something was done to regulate the market. Ephedrine is a precurser to some illegal drugs and therefore should be regulated. All the above sell Forza Ephedrine and Forza T5, its a great brand. In answer to your question:Take the course of 60 capsules, 1 per day for 60 days, then rest for at least a month. Otherwise your body will become used to the ingredients and they will become less effective. A good, plan is to ween yourself off of them towards the end of the course, ie take 1 every 2 days then 1 every 3 etc. This way, your stomach would have shrunk to the desired size and you wont want to cram it full of food again and be back a square one.
