The average adult can inhale about 3-4 liters of air in one breath, but this can vary based on factors like lung capacity, fitness level, and breathing technique.
Tidal volume is typically measured using a spirometer during respiration. It represents the amount of air that moves in and out of the lungs during normal breathing. The tidal volume can be calculated by taking a deep breath in and then breathing out normally, with the difference in lung volume representing the tidal volume.
The normal kind that all animals breathe; a mixture of nitrogen, oxygen, argon carbon dioxide and trace amounts of other gases. The air they breath is the same air that you breath; the atmosphere of the planet Earth.

Tidal volume refers to the amount of air that moves in or out of the lungs during normal breathing. It represents the volume of air inspired or expired with each breath.
normal people take breaths because of a decrease in their pH. if you hold your breath your co2 levels increase and that triggers your pH to go down, which makes you take a breath.
don't breath fast or you'll get tired easily. never hold your breath for you'll have to catch up on breathing, breath fast in order to do it, then get tired easily. basically, just breath like a normal person. contemporary/lyrical is slow so it wont be hard to breath normal while performing it.
The maximum amount of air that a healthy lung can inhale is called inspiratory capacity, which is typically around 3-5 liters in adults. This represents the total amount of air a person can inhale after taking a normal breath.
Puff and inhale just like a normal cigarette. That's why they have filters!
Not only is it not normal it is impossible.
