Time to put the holiday cheer down, cut those alcohol calories out of your diet, and back away from the desserts. Let's get back to eating clean with a high protein diet starting with FitPro Protein to help build your muscle while burning fat and giving your body all the best nutrition it needs to build a healthy body. FitPro is lactose free, gluten free, and has no added hormones - hands down it's the best protein on the planet. Let's cut the carbs and sugars and start drinking the proper amount of water to release those fat burning cells. I recommend Essentia water to stay properly hydrated while you start grinding out the intervals in the gym.
Becoming the Super-Middleweight Champion was an amazing feeling as it showed that all my hard work paid off. Defying the odds made me stronger in so many different ways in my life. Knowing you are the best at what you do and that the road to get there wasn't paved for you but filled with a detour most cannot relate to, made earning the title even more gratifying. The fact that I was able to inspire so many people and touch so many lives along my journey, and help them go after their dreams or change makes everything that I went through worth it and I wouldn't change a thing about my path.
It doesn't matter if you're a superstar athlete, someone who just likes to stay fit, young or old, or a stay-at-home mom - FitPro is a great source of daily nutrition for everyone. My mom loves it and uses it not only as shakes but in cooking and baking recipes as well.
I came across FitPro Protein at the annual IHRSA Fitness Convention 2 years ago, which I attend every year to learn new things and check out the latest and greatest new products, and I became a fan of the product and its founder, Mr. Brad Kloss. After using it and seeing great results on myself, I turned my clients on to it and they also started to see great results. I then reached out to Brad to discuss how I could represent FitPro as its trainer spokesperson. We hit it off as two people who want to bring the best quality protein to people as possible. We both have a passion for helping people with fitness and nutrition. Brad is very knowledgeable on every level of what it takes to formulate the best nutritional products on the planet, and he is also a great business man, a gracious family man and a gentleman. I am proud to be a part of the FitPro team and to send out its message as the only natural based high protein low carb ready to drink protein on the market.
I saw so many trainers training their clients using boxing in their sessions and teaching it wrong. It bothered me to watch, so I decided to write a simple course to teach trainers the proper way to use it with their clients. A step by step approach to boxing drills, basic foot work, hand wrapping, punching technique, punch combinations, and the actual teaching technique so it doesn't get too confusing. Why not at the same time as you're putting your client through a calorie burning workout, also teach them the proper skills, I thought, so I approached NASM with the idea. I said to them "if yoga instructors, aerobic class instructors, etc. need to be certified, why should not someone who's teaching boxing or boxing classes be as well," and they agreed.
I love what I do now - transforming people's bodies, bettering their fitness, building their confidence levels, and getting them to their goals. It is very gratifying for me to watch my clients do things that they never thought they could do, and to see how life changing it is for the ones who have lost lots of weight. I love being a part of helping people, being able to use my skills and motivation to push people to their limits. I feel it's a blessing. Watching my celebs and their hard work play out on screen, TV, runways, magazines, or in the sports they play is a great feeling.

After I worked my way back and got into the ring again, it was like someone opened up the flood gates. I just became more and more hungry to be the best. I trained harder than I had ever done before. Even though this time around I was still dealing with pains and some injuries that should have held me back, I wouldn't let them. I started talking myself out of being in pain and eating it like candy instead by keep telling myself I had not come that far to stop now. My eyes were set on being the best and being the champion. If a taxi at 40 miles a hour couldn't stop me, how could I let the guy in front of me do it? I adopted a no-backing-out attitude, and combining work ethic along with a never-get-tired mentality at the end of a bunch of heavy handed punching - the title was mine. ;)
How many times are you going to say: "This is going to be the year when I make a change"? Get it done already! Every year that goes by is a year of good health wasted - and it's shortening your life span. Be the envy of your friends by being the one to actually do it.

People who eat spicy foods are usually from a warmer climate like Korea. In warm climate, food tends to spoil quickly, and so it is traditionally more heavily spiced, both to keep it preserved longer and to hide the taste of the spoilage. Each warm-climate culture develops its own combination of favorite spices. Some people also think that you can cool down on a hot day by eating spicy foods and sweating.
