The top three would probably be Mass Transit (stabbed 10 times & major blood loss), Droz (paralyzed), and Owen Hart (dead).
Wrestling is dangerous. Yes the outcomes are predetermined, but it is still extremely dangerous. There's a very long list of injuries and deaths related to wrestling. They put their lives out there to entertain us.

AnswerThe wrestlers themselves. Read a few interviews, especially those with ex-wrestlers, and you will find about all sorts of injuries from broken fingers to concussions to broken necks; from paralyzations to death.I don't like professional wrestling, personally, but any real fan will agree: wrestling is a dangerous form of entertainment.
Answereven though everything is storyboarded and the wrestlers know what to expect, the injury's and moves are real, that's why its dangerous AnswerSabu who broke his neck, edge who also broke his neck stone cold who almost died when he received a pile driver, mick foley who got his tooth jammed up his gumms and ripped through his nose triple h who ripped his calf, and Owen hart who died. AnswerAll great examples, and the pain is real, and accidents happen no matter what, pretty much anything with violence can be dangerous. Wrestling is one of them, so keep it in mind when watching that these men can attain broken bones, or even become crippled, at any second. AnswerAnd like how Carlito got that arm broken at Survivor Series, he still went throgh the damage John Cena gave him with the chair to his arm. AnswerOwen Hart didnt die in action he fell from a podium up at the cieling as he was about to make his entrace from it. AnswerI'm amazed no one has brought up the Dynamite Kid (and subsequently Chris Benoit) yet. The diving headbutt is a very.. um.. TAXING maneuver, I guess you could say. Mess it up and you could destroy your face, and your spine takes a beating from it, too. So much so that Thomas (Dynamite Kid) is bound to a wheelchair because of his spine, not to mention he suffered from several seizures during his tenure in the WWF, as well as outside of it in promotions such as Stampede and AJPW.Getting to Benoit now. We all know what happened. He supposedly went into a 'roid rage and murdered his wife and son, and then subsequently hanged himself in his gym. Despite all this, the whole case showed no signs of said "rage," what with both murders appearing to be deliberate, not some sort of random act of violence. But alas, the media will put their spin on everything, making things sound nothing like they were originally intended.
In any case, and I'm taking this straight from the Wikipedia page itself:
After the double-murder suicide, Chris Benoit's father, Michael Benoit, was contacted by Christopher Nowinski, who suggested that years of trauma to Benoit's brain may have led to his actions. Tests were conducted on Benoit's brain by Julian Bailes, the head of neurosurgery at West Virginia University, and results showed that "Benoit's brain was so severely damaged it resembled the brain of an 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient." Benoit's brain was shown to have an advanced form of dementia and was similar to the brains of four retired NFL players who have suffered multiple concussions, sank into depression and harmed themselves or others. Bailes and his colleagues concluded that repeated concussions can lead to dementia, which can contribute to severe behavioral problems. Benoit's father suggests that brain damage may have been the leading cause of the double murder-suicide.
But of course, I can't tell you whether it is or it isn't. It's up to you to decide.

Nothing is entirely safe, and there have been several serious accidents and a few deaths during the performance.
Professional "wrestling" is more theater than sport; the performers rehearse their moves and strive to avoid injuries. But in the process of play-acting violence, sometimes real injuries do occur.
Yes wrestling can be dangerous just like any other sport but the wrestlers are pros and are trained to do what they do
yes because when we do wrestling we can damage all parts of our body.It can cause deafness, blindness and even spinal damage.
