can learn to break a board with a few minutes of training and
explanation. And as Bruce Lee said, "Boards don't fight back."

Breaking boards does not involve a moving and active opponent. It shows one's ability to focus power on a single point. It is impressive to see, but most people can be taught to break a board with a few minutes of instruction.
