∙ 12y agoit was because the people who were ruling at that time thought they were losing power when more people became Muslim and christian. For the Quraish, they thought they were losing power when Muhammad (saw) turned more people to Islam, so they thought that the only way to make them disappear was to banish them from Makkah. The other reason was that people felt insulted when Islam came and the last prophet said that idol worshipping is not right. They felt insulted that he was questioning their beliefs. The same goes with Christianity.
Hope this helps!

∙ 12y agoMuhammad is generally not discussed in Christianity. This does not mean he is viewed negatively. However, Muhammad is viewed as the last prophet in Islamic culture while Christianity ends with Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
he believed that when Moses came, everyone should've followed him, and he had a same point of view for Jesus. what he said was that Jesus and Moses were the profits before him and now that he came everyone should follow him as the last profit
A:No. Jesus was a Jew; Muhammad was an Arab.
Yes, Muslims believe Jesus was born of virgin, Muhammad was not, Jesus performed miracles Muhammad did not, Jesus was taken to heaven Muhammad was not, Jesus will return to earth in future, Muhammad will not. therefore Jesus is greater than Muhammad
The Christian view is that Jesus was not a prophet, he was the son of God. In Islam, both Jesus and Muhammad are considered prophets.
No, after Jesus.
Prophets Abraham then Jesus then Muhammad (peace upon them all)
To Jews, Abraham was the founding Patriarch, while Jesus and Muhammad, although good men, were not important in their faith. To Christians, Jesus was the Son of God, while Muhammad was merely a man who sought to add his views to the religion. To some fundamentalist Christians, Muhammad was an imposter. To Muslims, Abraham and Jesus were great prophets, but Muhammad was the last and greatest of the prophets.
God and Messiah Jesus Christ, though Jewish people believe in the Messiah, most don't recognize yet that it is Jesus. While Muslims believe in Jesus from their scripture they don't recognize Christ yet for who he really is. The prophet Abraham is viewed highly by all 3 religions.
