Vince McMahon is busy and they have an unknown GM to keep people watching.
If he has any chance to profit from it he loves it, if not, it doesn't even exist to him. Vince McMahon cares ONLY about money. He has soldout his family time and again to fill the seats and sell the Pay pre Views. The only part more disguesting is that we, the public, keep buying it.
That depends on what Vince McMahon wants. Mr. McMahon runs the WWE, and he seems to like The Shield (Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins) right now. As long as they keep getting good ratings on TV and drawing large numbers of fans to the matches, he will probably keep having them win. The WWE is scripted, much like a soap opera for men, and the most popular performers are generally allowed to be in plot-lines where they win. Of course, at some point, there will need to be a plot-line where they lose, because that can be very dramatic and allow for all kinds of new plot possibilities. But at this time, it seems The Shield is doing well, both for the WWE audience and for Vince McMahon.

Mr. Mc Mahon is old and will not be showing up in WWE. He has left the job to his daughter and son.= WRONG Vince McMahon is still chairman and CEO of the WWE and he does many things on Friday Night Smack Down. Linda McMahon is another CEO of the WWE and so far it's come as quite a shock that Shane McMahon quit. Rumor has it he quit because he was not receiving the funds necessary to keep his family financially happy. At this point, we are unsure if Shane 'O Mac will ever return to the WWE. We in the WWE Universe, dearly hope so...
