The World Boxing Hall of Fame was created in 1980 by Everett L. Sanders and Don Fraser. The organization was established to honor and recognize outstanding achievements in the sport of boxing. Since its inception, the World Boxing Hall of Fame has inducted numerous legendary boxers, trainers, and contributors to the sport.
