manny pacquiao by far because look at what Floyd did to hatton then look at what pacquiao did to hatton, pacquiao is very explosive when he wants to be, and he never stops throwing those punches.

also people will say look at his record, but he only started to develop and peak at a later stage, and hes proved himself at most weight classes
