Ali has two fights in 1974.

The first was again Joe Frazier ( their 2nd fight) on January 28th,1974 at Madison Square Garden, New York. Ali won a 12 round unanimous decision and went to to fight the then champion George Foreman in the fight called 'The Rumble in the Jungle"

Judge: Jack Gordon 4-8

On October 28th ,1974 at Stade du 20 Mai, Kinshasa, Zaire ( now called Democractic Republic of Congo), Ali won by an 8 round K.O the then undisputed champion George Foreman in the fight that became known as 'The Rumble in the Jungle" and became the second fighter ever, after Floyd Patterson, to recover the world's Heavyweight crown.
