Who converted Muhammad Ali to Islam?

No one whoever convert anyone to another religion.

It is simply that Muhammad Ali got convinced in Islam as the true religion. He got convinced that all religions should call for worship of God, the one and only one God with no partner, nor associate, nor son, nor companion. He got convinced with the authenticity of Quran and that Quran is real God words revealed to Prophet Muhammad through the Angel Gabriel. He, accordingly, converted to Islam.

By the way, in Islam religion, no official missionaries are available to persuade non Muslims to convert to Islam through offering food, medical services, education and/or scientific fellowships. It is the opposite most of the Islam converts sacrifice their fame, high incomes, social positions, and/or political positions.
