James "Buster" Douglas, Evander Holifield (twice), and Lennox Lewis. I think there was one other dude in there or a couple of others but, they are so uncharismatic I forgot their names. Dougla's name I remember because, Tyson's fall was one of those moments that, people remember what they were doing when it happened. Everyone remembers what they were doing the day Kennedy was shot for example. The day Armstrong landed on the moon. Why don't people remember what they were doing when Frazier dropped Ali? People knew Ali had gotten lazy, if anything no one expected the fight to last as long as it did, so, the boxing crowd saw that fall coming a mile away. Like the O.J. Simpson trial verdict, most people who were alive back in, I believe 1988 or '89, when Douglas dropped Tyson, people remember what they were doing. I was in Honduras watching the fight on Cable Television at my aunt Alma's house! You could hear parrots chirping and chattering on the trees outside; most of Honduras is a jungle so, you will have the occasional wild parrots. When Tyson was knocked out, I swear to God, almost as if they were waiting for it, the parrots went crazy. Believe it or not, Tyson had a lot of fans in Honduras; when Tyson did not make the 10 count, you could hear a collective groan from the neighborhood, I think everyone was watching that fight. Just a little annecdote on his most memorable defeat; the Douglas fight is the most often quoted and talked about one because Douglas beat Tyson when "he was good." True enough, Holifield was older than Tyson by four years, BUT, Tyson was no longer his steam roller adrenaline rage self.
