There are wristwrestling competitions in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. These tournaments are the only wristwrestling ones in the United States, run by 1 man. Armwrestling is a world-wide sport, and common weight classes are 154 lbs, 165 lbs, 176 lbs, 189 lbs., 198 lbs., 209 lbs, 220 lbs, and usually 221+ lbs. Sometimes it's 232+ lbs or 240+ lbs. Most tournaments won't have all these weight classes, most will be like 154, 176, 198, 220, 221+ but it depends on the tournament.

The ideal weight for a man who is exactly 5 feet tall is 106 pounds. For every additional inch above 5 feet, add 6 pounds. To determine whether you have a small, medium or large frame, measure your wrist. If your wrist measures exactly 7 inches, you have a medium frame and you do not need to adjust your ideal weight. If your wrist is smaller than 7 inches, you have a small frame and should subtract 10 percent from your ideal weight. If your wrist is larger than 7 inches, you have a small frame and should add 10 percent to your ideal weight.

No, a man would not be able to sustain his weight solely by being held on a crucifix by his wrists, as the wrist joints are not strong enough to support the body's weight. This would result in severe injury or even death due to stress on the wrists and potential dislocation.
