To be a boxer is a full-time, physically and mentally grueling job. The physical requirements include: strength, agility, speed, and a mentally positive outlook. Obviously there are many more requirements, but these are just a few.

∙ 12y agofirst thing you need in boxing is a coach who can tell you how to do boxing secondly is you need all equipments i hope you will know what they are you need to make sure you train hard everyday for like 2 hours

Many marine units are starting to bring in MMA trainers to teach new skills. Some of the skills are jiu-jitsu, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, and judo. They have to know about centers of balance, as well as how to fight while wearing around 60 pounds of gear. They also have to know about weapons, and how to deescalate a situation with minimum force.
Boxing is no doubt a physically-demanding sport, requiring a wide range of skills, among them strength, stamina, timing and a high pain threshold. But the most physically demanding sport ever? My vote goes to multi-sport competitions such as the Olympic decathlon and the Ironman: in terms of the amount of training needed to successfully complete them, they far outweigh time-limit sports such as boxing and martial arts.
