His leg bone came out of his leg during a WCW match. There are rumours that he'll return to WWE.
He has done some promotional and administrative work for a couple of different Wrestling Organizations. He also has done some voice work for Video Games and acted in a half-dozen or so movies. His son Frank was on season 14 and 18 of Big Brother and Sid has been married to his wife since 1983, a somewhat of a rarity in Professional Wrestling. He still does some promotional and wrestling for some smaller organizations around the country as his leg still keeps him somewhat limited in his abilities. He will soon have his own podcast and his website is realsychosid
