Really nobody knows the exact amount, but you can find many informations that around 300-400 millions during his entire professional boxing career. Although, there's a few questions marks...

He had a legal beef with Don King for over 100 millions dollars of compensation for fights that he never received. During the legal battle it was proved that Tyson often never knew for how much he was actually fighting for.

The other thing was, that Tyson wasn't in charge of his own wealth. Don King was responsible for managing Tyson's all money he was making on fights. So, imagine a poor black kid from Brooklyn who never knew the value of dollar and suddenly is given a 1 million in cash to spend and when it comes to the other 29 millions for the fight, Don was taking his piece of 1/3, and 2/3 were divided between Tyson's managers (John Horne) and his team. Thus, after the taxes Tyson was left with ca. 7 millions.

Don King was robbing Tyson since day one... So really, he never saw this 300-400 millions...
