That is very variable and would depend on too many factors to discuss here. However, in UK :-

The salary in the NHS for a newly qualified Chiropodist/Podiatrist would be approximately £25,000 and some specialist Podiatrists can earn up to £38,000+ Those that move into management and become Heads of Department can earn even more. The salaries for Podiatry lecturers at University are also substantive, which is as it should be as all these persons will have engaged in additional study and be qualified at least to Masters level, most have a Doctorate.

In private practice there are no limitations except those that the owner decides, which is the same as with most businesses.

Those Chiropodists that earn the most money in private practice are those can have an extensive skill bank and can offer a comprehensive range of treatments.

Those that advance to become Podiatric Surgeons can also command high remuneration for their work.

However, it must be remembered that job satisfaction is a better motivator than a large salary.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
