One show? You need a Referee (1); Judges are either three, or five (most often it's three, I believe). You need a Doctor present for checkups and for ringside exams.

You need an official time keeper. All of your corner people especially the lead person are supposed to be certified. Each boxer needs to be certified, doesn't matter that they are amateur. Consult with your local chamber of the USA/ABF or contact the United states Headquarters at Colorado Springs (tell them you are only looking for chicken feed information it might startle someone to begin taking the career seriously).
