Can you do submissions in freestyle wrestling?

In Wrestling you submit by one of three ways:

1: You tap the surface your wrestling on three times.

2: You nod your head very fast.

3: You verbally submit by saying " I give up" or " I submit"

yes but they are highly limited.

you can use them to pin or control your opponent as long as it's not to brutal & they are not allowed to be used to cause pain alone.
