No, Allen Iverson did not make it to the Final Four during his college basketball career at Georgetown University. The closest he came was in the 1996 NCAA Tournament, where Georgetown reached the Sweet 16 but lost to the University of Massachusetts. Iverson had a successful college career, but he never advanced to the Final Four.
As of my last update, the highest seed to reach the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament is a No. 16 seed. This historic achievement was first accomplished by the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2018, when they defeated No. 1 Virginia in the first round. Since then, no other No. 16 seed has advanced beyond the Sweet 16.
Arizona was the first to beat three No 1 seed teams in a NCAA Tournament.
A #16 seed has never beaten a #1 seed in March Madness.

I HATE YOUFlorida Gulf State University beat San Diego State 81-71 in the third round of the 2013 NCAA tournament to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
The Final Four is present in college basketball. The March madness tournament consists of 65 teams then gets down to 64 teams, then to 32 then to 16 then to 8 then to 4. Those last four teams are considered the final four and are in the semi finals for the title of national champion of college basketball for that year. This year the final four is going to be played in Detroit, and while march madness is going on, soon enough there will be only four teams left, known as the final four.
