That's a tough question to answer. Assuming you are healthy, in good shape (not necessarily athletic shape like Usain Bolt :)), you should run an where between 13-14 seconds. Under 15 seconds is still good and you have no reason to worry. However, if you run above 15,5 seconds, your physical condition is bad. If you run above 16 seconds, you are in big problems and I would advise you to get in shape as soon as you can.
