6 and.....
Ralph Wilson talked with the Associated Press this week. The Bills owner said the team is bad. He said it's his fault. Wilson said he needs a quarterback and it'll be another three years before things get turned around.
These are not exactly revelations. Pressed even further, I imagine Wilson would have conceded that Aaron Maybin has been a mild disappointment. But at least he was willing to admit the obvious: The situation is grim, and it's not likely to get better any time soon.
Wilson told me four years ago, after the Tom Donahoe experiment, that the team needed better players and that the rebuilding would take a few years. Then Tom Modrak and the college scouting department did the seemingly impossible: They made the roster even worse.
So here we are again. After 10 years without playoffs, the owner stands atop the wreckage and again asks the fans to show patience as he sets about rebuilding. In all likelihood, this means the Bills will go 13 years, and probably longer, without returning to the postseason.
The Bills have yet to win a Super Bowl, they currently are 0-4 in super bowl games.
The Buffalo Bills played in four consecutive Superbowls from 1990-93 never winning any of them.
No. They have not made the playoffs since the 1999 season and the infamous Music City Miracle loss to the Tennessee Titans.

If I had to take a guess I'd have to say Cleveland Browns.Well, believe it or not, the Browns made the playoffs in 2002-2003. The answer is actually a tie, as the Buffalo Bills and the Detroit Lions have not made the playoffs since the 1999-2000 season. The Houston Texans have never made the playoffs, but they only began play in 2002.
In the ABA, they made it to the playoffs 7 times. In the NBA, they made it to the playoffs 16 times.
The Buffalo Bills last made the playoffs in the 1999 season. The Bills qualified with an 11-5 record as a wild card; the Indianapolis Colts won the AFC East. The Bills traveled to play the Tennessee Titans in the wild card round. This is the "Music City Miracle" game, where the Bills took a 16-15 lead in the game's final 10 seconds, before the Titans completed a full-field lateral on the ensuing kickoff to score the winning touchdown as time expired.
