The "Players of the Century" jerseys are knock-offs of the officially licensed "NFL Throwback" jerseys sold by Mitchell and Ness of Philadelphia. They are of a lower quality than the authentic jerseys but the cost about 1/10 what an M&N would. The word "value" is a bit of a misnomer. *DO NOT BUY ONE DOMESTICALLY OR OUTSIDE OF KOREA* over $20-40 USD. Anyone selling PotC as "authentic" with high price tags is either totally clueless or is a complete scammer and trying to rip you off. Also, do not purchase one with the NFL logo as owning one is technically copyright infringement. Hence, there is little or no memorabilia value to a PotC jersey. That said, they make new jerseys for some players you may not be able to find anywhere else, including from M&N (I have a bid out for a Jim McMahon Chicago PotC jersey right now on eBay--G'luck finding one of those *new* anywhere) and the quality of the jerseys is quite good when you consider that it only costs about $30-50 USD including shipping to get your hands on one.
I think those "Players of the Century" jerseys are knock-offs. The value of that jersey is probably only like $20.
