The year the ticket or ticket stub is from, and condition is important. Rips, crease, and fading could bring the price down significantly. With ticket stubs if the stub was not torn cleanly it will effect the price.

Search for completed auctions where a World Series ticket stub of the same year, and condition has sold. eBay is a good site to find values. You must be a registered member to view the page but it's free, quick to sign up, and no obligation. Published price guides are available that list values of world Series tickets. Issued annually prices are based on closed auctions, and sales. See Related Links below for a World Series Ticket / Stub Price Guide

The 1950 World Series featured the New York Yankees beating the Philadelphia Phillies four games to none. A 1950 New York Yankees World Series Full ticket played at Yankee Stadium is worth about $150.-$175. and a ticket stub about $85.- $150. A 1950 Philadelphia Phillies World Series Full ticket played at Shibe Park is worth about $225. - $275. .and a ticket stub about $85. - $160.

Condition is important. The slightest flaws could bring the price down significantly. Common flaws include; rips, creases, stains, and fading. Ticket stubs that are not ripped cleanly will also sell for less.

To find the value of a Game 7 World Series ticket stub the year would be needed. If the World Series was played in 6 games or less the game 7 ticket would be valued as a phantom ticket about half the value of the other WS tickets for that park. As the ticket was not used a full ticket would only bring that price.
