Condition is very important in getting a price anywhere near this price. I just did a check on eBay and the average price for 1969 Mets yearbooks were $35.-$50. Most if not all had only minor flaws, and at best good to excellent condition. None of the books looked real bad.
There is a reprint of this issue that was handed out as a give away at Shea Stadium sometime in the 1980s. The back of the cover has a Armitron watch ad, as opposed to the original Rheingold beer ad. These reprints sell for about $10.-$20.
