Well the runner up would be East Germany as England won the 1966 World Cup. It's worth my just be the metal contained in it. I've been to a great deal of sports collecting conventions and such and rarely if ever see anything from the World Cup. Probably because it is really not well followed here in the US.

Unused their virtually worthless. Postally used in fine condition you might get a pound or so.
