American League baseballs with the Reach Trademark had Red & Blue stitching, and the National League Spalding Trademark baseballs had Black & Red stitching up until about 1934/35 when in both league started using only red stitching.

An Official American League William Harridge Baseball from 1932 is worth about $500.

An Official National League John Heydler baseball from 1932 is worth about $900.

I will leave a link to a official baseball dating guide complete with pictures and league president.

A 1932 New York Giants Team Signed Baseball with the key signatures: McGraw, Ott, Terry, Lindstorm, Jackson, Hubbell, Hogan, Hoyt, and Jo-Jo Moore is worth about $900.-$1,400. Value is based on average prices of recently closed auctions. Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the baseball. Prices may also vary based on the amount of signatures, and key signatures acquired. The more complete the baseball with key signatures the more valuable. If the signatures are not properly authenticated the baseball could sell at half the market value or less. For more information on team signed baseballs, links to full team rosters, key signatures, and price guide visit the following page from the link I left below.

I do not believe there was a Card made for Babe Ruth in 1936. The 1936 Goudey card set featured 25 cards, and did not include Babe Ruth who Retired after the 1935 season, although the Babe was not part of the 1934 set there was a advertising card with a back stand made. A 1934 Goudey R309-1 Babe Ruth premium card sold for $500 in a Hunt Auction. A 1914 Babe Ruth rookie baseball card - just the tenth card of its kind to be discovered - which sold at auction in April. for about $270,000. The card was produced by the Baltimore Sun Newspaper. The second most valuable baseball card behind only the 1909 M206 Honus Wagner tobacco card (which recently sold at auction for $2.35 million).

There are a large variety of baseball cards made for Babe Ruth. From the 1916 Sporting News M101 to the modern day Topps baseball cards that sell as low as a dollar. Not to mention the many reprints. prices will vary. Graded cards will sell at a significant price higher.

Most noted Babe Ruth cards include 1916 Sporting News M101 graded Near Mint 7 by PSA, sold for an $82,250. and the Babe Ruth 1933 Goudey baseball card #53 sold for $38,187.50 graded. Most Babe Ruth cards with high value are from the 1930's gum cards sets. A Babe Ruth 1933 Goudey baseball card #149 sold for $2,100. and a 1933 Goudey #144 Babe Ruth graded PSA NM-MT 8 $16,240.00

Baseball Magazine was issued monthly, and there would be 12 issues ranging in value from $30. - $75. The December 1932 Baseball Magazine picturing McCarthy, and President Roosevelt has the highest value, and is worth about $50. -$75. in excellent - near/mint condition.

Condition is everything on getting top dollar. Even the slightest flaws could bring down the price significantly. Common flaws include rips, creases, staining, faded color, and loose pages.
