The Fleer company produced baseball cards from 1959 to 1961, and in 1963. The entire first 80 card set, issued in 1959 featured Ted Williams. In 1981, the company once again began producing cards. After bankruptcy in 2005 the Upper Deck company resumed making cards under the Fleer name. Major sets were issued in 2006, and 2007 under the Fleer name but I'm not aware of any since. See Related Links for a checklist of the major sets issued by Fleer from 1959-2007.
