NQ = No Qualifiers. Card authenticators will grade a card that has a significant flaw with a qualifier (IE. OC = Off Center, etc). I would recommend that you go the the card authenticators website to see their specific definition. For PSA (Professional Sports Authenticators), NQ means that the card has no significant flaws and the grade is unqualified.

Baseball Card ValueI'm not sure what you mean by the "history" of baseball card values. Value is based on the selling price of recently closed auctions and sales. The recent history of these sales is gathered and averaged out to come up with an estimated value.
If it's an abbreviation for a statistic, it stands for Total Bases.
