Minute is to hour as second is to minute. Just as an hour is made up of minutes, a minute is made up of seconds.

well, just a single minute keeps alot value for e.g within a minute we breathe more than 40 times, just in a minute 1000s of galons of water are filled, just in a single minute life-taking or life-giving decisions are taken!aaahh............!!!!!!!!!!JUST IN ASINGLE MINUTE......!!!! A minute is priceless if it's the last one you've got. Otherwise, it's useless judging from how most people use them.
No, minute is a noun (Just give me a minute here...) Or an adjective (Stop trying to make a mountain out of a minute [tiny] mole hill!)
1 minute = 60 seconds, just as in time.
No, i don't believe it is, since you're not specifically comparing 'a minute' to anything. I could be wrong, but i doubt it. A metaphor is saying something is something, like red AS blood, dark AS the night sky, just a minute is a saying, because you dont mean you'll be just a minute....
To practice a one-minute aquatic breath, find a comfortable seated position in or near water. Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, focusing on the sensation of air entering and leaving your body. Let the rhythm of your breath help you feel connected to the surrounding water, creating a sense of calm and relaxation. Repeat for one minute or more as needed.
