In general a Baseball card from the 1960's could be worth anywhere from $1.00 to a $1,000. depending on the popularity of the player and rarity of the card. Cards from the 60's where not taken care of like the cards today, and many were played with or thrown away giving them added value. To find a value for a card you must provide Important information such as the year the card was issued, the company that made the card, the player and the card number that appears on the back.
According to Beckett's 2011 issue (May I remind you Beckett doesn't include ALL of that years cards), Barry Bonds, Jose Conseco, Will Clark and Bo Jackson's rookie cards are all $25 or more.
